DMCA Policy

Eggs Pepper Rings Recipe respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent via our contact page.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a Counter-Notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent via our contact page.

  • Identify the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Provide your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  • Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Eggs Pepper Rings Recipe may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person."
  • Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the content identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the content to be removed or disabled."
  • Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
